I think she actually missed her dinner to come over and do what she could do to get me up and running again. She spent hours testing things to make sure that they would work for me so I could continue to run my business with no interruption. But the machine needed major surgery so a few days later she came with a loaner machine which she had pre-programmed for my specific needs, so that she could take my sick one into her shop to fix it.
